Mark Nipper BSc MBA

Managing Director

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Business Administration, and has over 16 years experience in the Commercial Cleaning sector complimented by a comprehensive management background. Mark has ultimate operational responsibility for the delivery of specified services in conjunction with our Manager of Business Services. He takes a personal interest in each and every SPS contract. Mark has an excellent understanding of contract management and the insight to identify specific client requirements; ensuring services not only meet, but exceed client expectations.

Amanda Gould

Manager Business Services

Amanda is our Company's Operations Manager. Amanda has over two decades of industry experience and holds a Diploma of Management, is a Registered Contract Cleaning Manager (RCCM), holds qualifications in Asset Maintenance (Certificate III), Workplace Training and Assessment (Certificate IV), Frontline Management (Certificate IV). Amanda oversees and coordinates the activities of all of our Area Managers and reports to the Managing Director. She is responsible for maintaining complex operations budgets, overseeing operations scheduling and liaising with key client personnel.

Brad Nicol

Business Systems Manager

Brad has worked in the Contract Cleaning Industry for over 25 years and has considerable experience in managing cleaningservice delivery at large, complexcontracts. He holds qualifications in Asset Maintenance (Certificate III), Advanced Diploma in WH&S, Qualified Systems Lead Auditor and is a Qualified Registered Contract Cleaning Manager (RCCM). His intimate industry knowledge serves well in his current role as the Companys Business Systems Manager.

Brad ensures SPS is always compliant with relevant Quality, WH&S and Environmental requirements that SPS’ Integrated Management Systems are adhered to, and that relevant personnel are up to date with current policies and legislative requirements.Brad also assists in the coordination of the company’s OHS&E committee.

Mohideen Thassim BCom, CPA, ACMA

Support Services Manager

With over 25 years financial and management accounting experience in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, wholesale, service sector and labour hire, Mohideen has worked and reported financials based on French GAAP, USGAAP, PNG Standards, and Australian Accounting Standards. With his intricate knowledge of accounting procedure and practice, along with his experience with multiple software platforms, he has streamlined our company’s accounting and invoicing processes. Overseeing a dedicated accounts team, Mohideen ensures that our clients receive efficient and accurate invoicing whilst likewise ensuring that SPS maintains the fiscal stability for which it is renowned

Peta Nipper JP (Qual)

HR Manager

Peta is SPS’s Human Resources Manager. Peta has achieved qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment (Certificate IV), is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified), has acquired her Professional Diploma in Human Resources and is an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. At present she is enrolled in a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management). Peta oversees staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal, industrial relations and staff health and welfare. Her professional and caring approach has proved invaluable in maintaining stable industrial relations, ensuring our clients continue to receive a service that is consistent and uninterrupted.
