Code of Conduct
We have developed a Code of Conduct which is included within our Employee Handbook. It provides Five (5) main principles that must be adhered to by all staff working for SPS. These cover:
- Acceptable Behaviours and Responsibilities
- Discrimination, Harrassment and Bullying Free Workplace
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Site and Key Security
- Privacy, Confidentiality and Non-disclosure.
These principles provide a very clear guideline on the expectations of our teams. These principles are discussed at length at our organisational induction program.
