Code of Conduct

We have developed a Code of Conduct which is included within our Employee Handbook.  It provides Five (5) main principles that must be adhered to by all staff working for SPS.  These cover:

  • Acceptable Behaviours and Responsibilities
  • Discrimination, Harrassment and Bullying Free Workplace
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Site and Key Security
  • Privacy, Confidentiality and Non-disclosure.

These principles provide a very clear guideline on the expectations of our teams.  These principles are discussed at length at our organisational induction program.
